Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and recruitment activities in the UK, including building a sourcing plan per role, building talent pipelines, interview coordination, and cultural fit.
- Implement all global HR processes in the UK office.
- Manage end to end employee lifecycle to optimize employee experience.
- Lead team building activities and social events.
- Implement and execution of all HR functions including staff holidays and contracts of employment.
- Manage the office environment to ensure optimal work experience.
- Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations (office supplies, etc).
- Serve as first point of contact for personal HR related issues or any office related issue.
