- Solid experience in Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruitment
- Ability to develop customized Reports and Dashboards for HR modules and use BI Analytics
- Conduct fit gap analysis and support the development of a tailored solutions
- Perform support, maintenance, enhancements in Oracle cloud fusion HR module.
- Gather, Analyze requirements for enhancements and development.
- Prepare support documents for enhancements/ Developments.
- Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes) as needed
