- The HSQE Officer will be responsible for general HSQE responsibilities and administration, and expected to be a subject matter expert on health and safety matters affecting Serco operations and is expected to: Provide specialist advice Promote a positive health and safety culture within the contract Identify health and safety requirements/improvements Help resolve any health and safety issues to an acceptable outcome Monitor the performance of Serco’s health, safety and quality programs Assist in implementing Serco’s HSQE Management System Identify and development of risk assessments for the site and assist in maintaining a comprehensive risk register Training and Induction of new employees in matters of health and safety
