Promotes HR SAP / SuccessFactors processes and recommends implementation of appropriate initiatives and best practices. Evaluates risks associated with various change initiatives/projects and proposes and implements actions to manage any negative impacts. Identify and analyze resistance, and prepare and make recommendations for risk mitigation approaches to the project leadership team Provides a wide range of SAP / SuccessFactors support to all levels of employees regarding the HR process and procedures. Provide methods and guidelines for human resources to make informed decisions that facilitate the adoption of the supportive change process. Provides expertise in strategy development and implementation, planning and facilitating change management strategy.
