Job Description

1. To lead direct and guide to HR department management and other staff when complex specialized and sensitive problems and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations.

2. To oversee the recruitment process and lifecycle including initial assessments interviews reference checks and offers up to On Boarding and Induction.

3. To liaise with other department heads/PMs in order to anticipate future hiring need and devise forecast and budget hiring and employment visa strategy and cost accordingly.

4. To oversee the grievance handling process conflict resolution leave management disciplinary meetings terminations and investigations as per Uae Labor Law.

5. To oversee learning and development programs identify staff weakness assessment trainings and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employee by initiating successful performance appraisal process.

6. To devise strategies for employee engagement and arrange staff events.

7. Timely update management about different reports presentations related to HR functions.

8. To implement innovative and new practices.

9. Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements and skills

1. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or Sr. HR Officer

2. People oriented and results driven

3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources KSA labor laws and visa processes for both white and blue collar staff

4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases

5. Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills

6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

7. Indepth knowledge of HR best practices

8. Degree or Certification in Human Resources or related field

9. English communication skills both written and verbal are mandatory

10. Other Languages: Hind/Urdu (mandatory requirement)
