Job Description

- Ensure proper implementation and compliance to company’s policies and procedures
- Support the HR team in Employee relations & services (residencies, visas, insurance, logistics & administration, grievances & disciplinary…)
- Assist in local and overseas recruitment processes
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll on monthly basis and close monitoring and adherence to Time and Attendance
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database is maintained
- Assist in annual and probationary Performance management system
- Assist in Employee Onboarding, Orientation & Offboarding processes
- Assist in the development of employee recognition/reward programs.
