• Strategic Partnering and Critical Thinking: You will be good at building trust quickly in your relationships with senior stakeholders, bringing value to your client groups using relevant data and insights. You will be comfortable using client group data to identify areas of opportunity and can partner with your stakeholders to gain feedback and co-build solutions.
• Business Acumen: You will be confident linking people and business strategy, coaching senior stakeholders to identify people ‘value’ in support of our growth agenda.
• Adaptability: You can apply both ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ HRM styles and navigate the "grey", intuitively spotting people solutions. You have experience of implementing people related change and are comfortable navigating ‘agile’ ways of working to get there.
