• Managing and directing HR operations tasks for the concept, ranging from employee mapping, TAMS, etc. • Preparation of monthly MIS and other adhoc reports as required. • Administer the exit process for all voluntary and involuntary exits, including conducting exit interviews for B1-B5 employees at store level. • Managing the Rewards & Recognition Policy of the concept across territories. • Managing recruitment requirements for the concept, for B1 to B9 employees both at store and office level in the UAE. • Foster long-term relationships with Recruitment Agencies, past applicants and potential candidates. • Work closely with the Payroll Executive on any employee requests related to salary certificates,payslip,employee leave application status • Ensure the employee requests are executed effectively, promptly, and always maintained professionally within the stipulated time as per the policy.
