Facilitates implementation of new training development recruiting and other related initiatives Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement turnover and compliance Formulates feasible short and longterm goals milestones and benchmarks for performance metrics based on data insights and presents recommendations to management Gather HR data from different sources such as HRIS payroll surveys and government labor statistics and compile them into a comprehensive report
