- The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with general guidance and supervision.
- This person must be well organized, flexible and able to handle the administrative challenges of supporting the Contracts function across an array of diverse programs.
- The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills, expert level computer skills and attention to detail are equally important.
- Responsibilities Data entry of contractual information into financial databases and/or systems, shared areas, and SharePoint sites.
- Establish, organize and assist in the maintenance of electronic files for contractual documents.
- Retrieve data from systems to prepare and organize departmental reports and summaries.
- Process and retain requests for re-delegation of authority memorandums.
- Assists with and monitors status of departmental data calls. Support special projects as required.
