Job Description

- Responsible for answering all housekeeping incoming telephone calls, managing Hotsos and REX boards for the housekeepers, assigning arrival and stayover rooms while ensuring maximum operating efficiency of the department by directing all requests properly.
- Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standards of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
- Dresses in issued uniforms and ensures a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times.
- Reports to shift on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies in adequate time.
- Excellent at creating and updating Microsoft Word & Excel spreadsheets and will receive proper training on the internal operational systems (Opera, Hotsos/rex, Mobile App).
- Receive, log and dispatch all housekeeping calls to the appropriate staff member via follow up.
