Responsible for residencies, CID and KDL renewal and processing for new KDL Responsible for verifying all transactions met the processing requirements Handle customers questions, inquiries and elevate the same to the concerned person To attend customer having problem with their driving license, civil id etc. try to fix the problem on the spot and guide the customer with right procedure Provide required information to the concerned team as required Verify all transmittal letters accuracy and completion.
