Reputed Housing Society is looking for a Society Manager to oversee the facilities, operations, and administration of the society, which comprises of eight buildings.
Candidate must have:
1. Minimum 4-5 years experience in handling society, related compliances, and related matters.
2. Experience in managing a team.
3. Good written and spoken communication skills.
4. Experience in managing 3rd party vendors.
5. Experience in dealing with the BMC as well as the Registrar of Housing Societies.
Experience in Indian Armed Forces /Soldiers will be an added advantage.
Retired army officer. Experienced Society manager Experience in Indian Armed Forces or Soldiers will be an advantage
