- Manage and supervise the heat treatment department, including a team of technicians and operators.
- Develop and implement heat treatment processes and procedures to optimize product quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and control heat treatment parameters, such as temperature, time, and cooling rates, to achieve desired material properties.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop heat treatment specifications for new products and materials.
