- Shall hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture or Construction Management.* Should be a member of a recognised professional body.* Must have at least 25 years experience at senior level with at least 5 years senior management experience working on mega projects, across Buildings, water, rail, infrastructure.* Must have worked for a large international consultancy with at last 7 years experience in the Middle East region.* Excellent time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and good teamwork skills.* Strong interpersonal skills, good decision-making skills.
