- About Our Client Public Sector - Riyadh, KSA A leading government entity in KSA. Job Description Knowledge Management Head - Public Sector - Riyadh, KSA Proactively mine the knowledge database for insights e.g. gaps in knowledge map: scope, objectives, frequency, processes, etc. to be decided. Provide executive summaries to economic date such employment figures, trade, foreign investment … etc. Create a smart archiving ecosystem and culture: design the system, fit the required IT enablement, set the procedures and processes, onboard the teams, encourage the sharing culture, etc. Create and manage a knowledge network: official and non-official collaborations with experts through projects and engagements to be documented for future communications. Support the search through the content: while team members can do their own search using keywords, the Knowledge Management team can provide more advanced search and analysis services.
