- Provide oversight over initiatives management activities, ensuring adequate support is provided to organization entities.
- Review proposals for recommended strategic partnerships leveraging synergies and support execution, finalize them and coordinate with the organization's strategic partnership unit to enact recommendations.
- Provide project focused support to strategic initiatives to help advance organizational strategic goals and objectives.
- Coordinate the organization’s strategic and operational planning, build strategic capacity and capability across the organization and identify areas for growth, innovation, and collaboration across the organization’s portfolios.
- Lead the execution of initiatives, serve as an escalation point for critical execution issues and ensure reporting progress reporting on initiatives execution in accordance with performance management requirements.
- Participate in progress meetings to discuss critical issues in the implementation of initiatives.
