The role is to lead the engineering team and technical strategy in line with the product and business direction. The engineering team is made up of 15 fully remote software engineers, testers and product managers, all led by 2 senior team members. A more experienced leader is needed to guide and develop them while continuing to foster a diverse and performance-driven culture. They’re expecting to grow the team 2X in 12 months so attracting and retaining A-players is key. This is as much about winning hearts and minds as it is about creating a scalable tech roadmap. Reporting to the Co-Founder.
