Head of Contracts

Leads the contracting activities of the Project Management Team in ITT issuance, EPC contract execution, and coordinates inputs with legal and other key project groups/PMT functions as needed

Preparing ITT packages and coordinating the bid process with Procurement, Integration and Legal.

Prepare, develop and manage EPC contract/contract documentation including coordination of full contract scope determination

Evaluate the EPC contractor's technical bid and make appropriate recommendations to the shareholders regarding acceptance of contract terms and conditions.

Manage the EPC contract, document and record all changes, progress measurements, payments, claims management, bond/warranty monitoring, preparation of contract amendments and contract closure.

Assist in the review and negotiation of project change requests submitted by the EPC contractor.

Take the lead in preparing contractual responses for the EPC contractor.
