- Working with Partners, sector and practice heads to develop and implement Business Development and Key Account Management plans.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to lawyers at all levels in respect of Business Development activity.
- Working at a peer level with the Head of Marketing to coordinate marketing and Business Development activity.
- Supervising the pitching process, ensuring that all supporting materials (presentations, brochures, capability statements, etc.) are kept up to date.
- Identifying and advises on new business opportunities, delivering meaningful client, market and competitor analysis as required.
- Assisting the partners, COO and senior management team in determining the Firm’s overall client strategy.
