We are currently looking for a Head of Asset Liability Management
The Head of Asset Liability Management oversees Asset Liability Management related to IT assets, leases, subscriptions, and licenses for customers and for internal use.
Role And Responsibilities
Scope
The role includes ownership of full life cycle from acquisition, deployment, management, retirement or redeployment of assets, leases, subscriptions, and licenses. The new colleagues will oversee financial and compliancy reporting of assets, leases, subscriptions or licenses in scope.
The role is responsible to maximize return on invested assets, leases, subscriptions and licenses and provide guidance on planning for future assets needs. The Head of ALM is also accountable to implement and enforce ALM and related best practices cross Business Lines, Regions and GDCs.
Overall
- Sets the ALM Strategy for Eviden within the company with key business stakeholders and finance guidelines.
- Ensures consistent end-to-end application of the ALM set of processes as documented and its implementation in financial, operational and reporting systems.
- Responsible for all IT Category Fixed Assets and non-capitalized assets that require active management for operational reasons (e.g. require maintenance contract, part of a leasing contract, part of a rental contract, subject to specific technology refresh).
- Managing Subscription, Software licenses and the related compliance requirements.
- Defines the governance framework allowing end to end management of the assets, involving related functional and technology teams within Eviden.
- Defines and evolves the ALM organizational blueprint by shaping the delivery model, sourcing and location of the ALM teams
- Builds and Leads ALM team setting based on the needed sizing in line with volumetric forecast
- Strives to automate the activity as much as possible to keep operational cost at lowest level.
- Applies best practices to improve process results and related quality
- Develop the knowledge on the several aspects of Asset Management within the ALM organization to strengthen its capability within Eviden
- Accountable for the operational tracking of all assets and obligations as per defined scope throughout their lifecycle.
- Defines and deploys a Software Asset Management and Subscription framework, optimizing the use of our software assets and ensure software license compliance.
- Maximizes use of the asset installed base by facilitating internal redeployment of freed up assets.
