Head - Integrations Services

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES • Manages the Integration team, driving an ongoing program of development and maintenance activities; identifies the business needs within the organization and assigns interfaces. • Oversees the day-to-day management of the Integration team in delivery of systems integration; regular program level reporting management and resolution of program risks and issues related to Enterprise Integration. • Leads the development of various system integration requirements. Manages all aspects of the development / implementation lifecycle including implementation planning, design, requirements gathering, build, testing, maintenance, and support. • Contributes to solution designs for both enhancements and major projects, leveraging technical and business experience and expertise. • Engages with the business around new integration needs and assess solutions, contributes to initiates RFP and other procurement activities, including business case, impacts assessments, RFP design, vendor management, RFP assessments and selections. • Ensures delivery of the required services or provide new solutions that can be presented to business and assessed against a business case. • Responsible for developing all the required policy / procedure. • Responsible for leading and setting the direction and objectives for the integration Services Team. • Responsible for appropriate parts of Sidra Medicine wide IM&T policy development. • Responsible for the initiation, development and delivery of IT elbow support sessions for service quality development within the divisions. • Responsible for the analysis of diverse sources of information and the subsequent preparation of reports up to IM&T Committee. • Manages the provision of a governance function within Integration at Sidra including; review and approval of all Integration technical artifacts; review and approval of interface specifications against technical and architectural standards at Sidra; review and approvals of interfaces delivered and identification of emerging integration requirements. • Manages the day to day live operations of Integration at Sidra; acts as point of escalation and resolution for persistent operational support and maintenance issues in context of integration. • Delivers enterprise architectural standards and guidance that drives Sidra to the forefront of integration processes and technology, establishes and maintains Sidra’s technical standards, takes ownership of the technical roadmap for future integration technologies and standards in line with Sidra’s overall goals and objectives. • Provides on-going operational support for process improvement to meet service level agreements and business expectations.
