Job Description

  • In-charge and Responsible for the Coordination, Management and Operations of all brands/ kitchens – combination of Traditional Kitchen, Cloud Kitchens and Catering Services.
  • Ability to Develop the Menu, Techniques and Mentor/ Train/ Lead kitchen staff to deliver the menu consistently with high quality.
  • Health & Safety, Work & Personal Hygiene, HACCP and Process Management experience.
  • Creative and Innovative in thinking and approach to day-to-day work.
  • Strong R&D and ability to develop New Concepts.
  • Develop recipe book for all brands and set the benchmark to ensure consistency.
  • Implementation of Health and Safety, and Hygiene procedures in the kitchen.
  • Liaising with the in-house Purchasing Team for food orders, inventory management, and production management.
  • Liaise and Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations of the entire restaurants.
  • Set department-wise budgets and ensure all costs are under the budget.
  • Oversee and monitor the work of kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are done as required

Requirements

  • Preferred work exp in catering/hotel/restaurant.
  • Experience with atleast 5+ years leading kitchen operations for multiple brands/ outlets.
  • Qualification: minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Equivalent
