responsibilities:
  • orchestrate daytoday Front Office operations from reviewing arrivals room allocations amenities ensure special request are done and more.
  • coordinate with other departments and outside suppliers if needed to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • manage guests requests and answer their inquiries
  • address guests complaints escalate matters if needed and follow up on corrective actions
  • ensure all related departments and personals are uptodate with daily schedules expectations and requests
  • introduce PAUSEAWAY and the property and its facilities to guests
  • establish friendly relationships with guests
  • pick up B2C sales calls and answer prospect guests inquiries


Requirements

  • bachelor s degree is preferred
  • relevant experience in a similar position is preferred
  • previous experience working in the hospitality industry OR with lifestyle brands is preferred
  • excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English
  • proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
  • creative problemsolver and organizational abilities
  • must understand the company concept and be align with the vision
  • ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
