Your day-to-dayServing as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensuring hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements.Seeking verbal feedback from customers regularly and responding to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.Keeping other operating departments in the loop with important guest relations matters – from Food and Beverage and Maintenance to Housekeeping and Front Office. Ensure Arrival Reports are reviewed and checked daily.Distribution of Enrolment for Rewards program monthly to our Front Office Colleagues.Preparing for VIP Arrivals i.e. Room allocations, Welcome Amenities, Welcome Cards, etc.Solving problems, Following up on Hotel Glitches, and ensuring guest complaints are resolved during the guest's stay in coordination with hotel departments.Review Medallia, Heartbeat, and Social Reviews. Interaction with hotel guests on hotel premises, inquiring about the guest experience during the stay, and highlighting any guest feedback with quick action liaise with relevant departments.What we need from youExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to deal with difficult interactions Managerial experience working in a customer service functionFlexibility to respond to a variety of different work situationsArabic Language will be a plus
