Guest Relation Officers are employed by hospitality establishments and work at the front desk. They are the first employees to greet guests as they arrive and are also responsible for providing customer service and maximizing guest satisfaction. A typical example resume for this role highlights courtesy, customer service orientation, telephone etiquette, problem solving abilities, teamwork, computer literacy, and good communication skills. Resumes displaying hospitality management training are preferred by some employers, while others accept candidates holding just a high school diploma.
