Job Description

- Responsible for overseeing high standards of financial & accounting operations, supervising audit at group level and provide assistance in accounting/finance issues across all the stations.
- Oversee filing & completion of group statutory taxation obligations for in compliance with all regulatory & tax requirements and identify & propose area of tax saving across stations
- Liaise with corporate finance teams and legal teams on due diligence projects relating to mergers/acquisitions/restructuring of business operations etc.
- Responsible for implementation of best international transfer pricing practice ensuring compliance with state & local regulatory laws and rules for financial reporting.
