Job Description

- Design and develop all assigned methodologies, techniques and input parameters for modeling and stress testing
- Review of Economic Capital and Provisions, including rating agencies’ models and the Solvency Requirement
- Develop, improve, manage and control all risk models and tools
- Evaluation and proactive management of multiple risk exposures and report limit violations and urgent early warning indicators to the line manager
- Prepare Senior Management and Board Risk Committee reports relating to all risk exposures
- Interact and coordinate with all business units to ensure adequacy of data and methodologies used
- Implement all relevant IT and other systems to support reporting and escalation of risk control effectiveness
- Manages the Rating Projects for the group by ensuring preparations of the required information, corresponding with the rating agencies, preparing all the related analyses on the group’s performance, capital adequacy, reviewing the related risks and combining all the information in a comprehensive presentation
- Keeps abreast of key developments in the risk management, train and supervise all risk management officers, as and when needed
