- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and timelines.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Mastery and understanding of design rules and conventions.
- A healthy and creative disregard for design rules and conventions
- Advanced skill in computer design applications (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Degree in Graphic Design or Graphic Arts or related field
- Web design/coding or photography experience is a plus.
