- Ensure the balance the long-term strategic goals with the short-term operational targets to maximize company’s profits and sustainability.
- Develop, own and manage marketing commercial plan and different themes as New Year, Ramadan, summer …etc., and manage the internal PMO for marketing ensuring all units are in sync and all initiatives are well tracked.
- Manage the company wide projects (Cross-functional projects) that require multiple units' involvement and act as Marketing SPOC for companywide initiatives as VAT, CPR, TOS …etc.
- Lead different aspects and programs of global commercial transformation and turnaround activities from marketing point of view with the directions of management and in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Lead the commercial participation and act as the commercial SPOC to ensure the proper and fast delivery of IT transformation and technical capability development, as well as the DWH, BI and analytics transformation
- Oversee the automation of existing and periodical reports and develop management dashboards to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
- Develop the short term and long-term strategies and execution plans of the commercial transformation.
- Lead the digital transformation from marketing side and facilitate the cross functional work.
