BSD handles all Power Systems current investment and joint ventures. As the primary candidate you will be responsible for conducting Joint Ventures (JV) financial statement reviews, conducting performance financial Due Diligence, Monitoring and Issuing JV performance and KPI Reports/ Dashboards, and reviewing Joint Ventures investment Business Plan and Operating Plan. You will be also supporting the cooperate board members for issues related to the current investments for all board related activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
- Conduct Joint Ventures (JV) financial statement reviews.
- Conduct performance financial Due Diligence.
- Monitor and Issue JV performance and KPI Reports/ Dashboards.
- Reviewing Joint Ventures Investment Business Plan and Operating Plan.
- Supporting the cooperate board members for issues related to the current investments for all board related activities.
- Reviewing Joint Ventures future capital growth and propose potential investment.
- Interface with various corporate organization, like Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Mentoring, developing, and providing expertise guidance for young workforce.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- As the successful candidate you must hold a Bachelors Degree in Economics or Finance. Minors in Accounting or Statistics desirable. A Masters Degree desirable.
- You should have a minimum of 12 years experience in a multinational business or International finance.
- You should possess a strong background in financial management and analysis, commercial law, taxation, investments, banking and foreign exchange.
- Professional experience with computerized financial systems desirable.
