Role
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our new Global Employer Brand & Attraction Lead!
As a Global Employer Brand & Attraction Lead, your responsibilities would encompass various facets of employer branding and talent attraction strategies on a global scale.
You can expect to be deeply involved in codifying the Clickout culture and EVP. Your role will extend across the wider business, with particularly strong partnerships required across Marketing, Brand, Talent Acquisition, and HR. You will build trusted relationships with key executives to understand our business goals and carefully coordinate content and campaigns to help us reach them.
Responsibilities
- Strategically and operationally lead the creative execution of our employer brand and EVP.
- Being responsible for the brand awareness and positioning Clickout as an employer of choice globally.
- Overseeing the creation of engaging content that highlights the company culture, values, and employee experiences. This content could include videos, blog posts, employee testimonials, and PR and social media campaigns.
- Help make it possible for the business to attract the world-class talent we need to fill key roles worldwide. This might involve innovative recruitment campaigns across global regions, employer branding events, partnerships with educational institutions, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Social Media and Talent Acquisition team to launch compelling multimedia content highlighting the amazing stories and impact of our employees.
Experience/Requirements
- Passionate about Crypto/iGaming and the mission of Clickout Media.
- A subject matter expert and leader of employer branding efforts, partnering deeply with the business and various stakeholders.
- Strong experience designing local/global EB and EVP strategy from scratch and its full execution end to end.
- Substantial experience within Recruitment Marketing for a reputable, fast-growing technology business against ruthless competition.
- Creative and compelling storyteller and communicator with strong executive presence.
- Strong strategic and operational approach with the ability to organize and manage complex projects, campaigns, and transformational change.
- Extensive experience with common hiring channels and relevant systems (such as Recruitment CRM and Social Media channels).
- Experience managing attraction programs and events, both virtual and in person.
- Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, motivated, and passionate.
- Highly resilient, relentless, and positive in the face of adversity.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
