As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo’s Customer Experience Team in Doha as a Global Customer Service Officer. Join the #MovedByPeople family and leave a mark as part of the Cargo Customer Experience Team In this role you will be responsible for enhancing customer experience for Qatar Airways customers, from shipments reservations until final delivery, by managing a “closed loop” activity to ensure customer are receiving the service we are committed to deliver. As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following: • Working together with the Service Recovery Team by adopting best practices, KPIs and business related reports in order to ensure service consistency by providing the best levels of service support and coordination from Doha. • Working closely by coordinating with Origin stations (Including GSA, Agents or even Shippers) ,Revenue Management, Network and Operations Teams to ensure efficient service is provided at all times. • Conducting thorough analysis, investigations, and follow up with the customer regarding the issue experienced with their shipment, and the documentation of any resulting to corrective actions that need to be put in place to avoid a repetition in the future. Together, everything is possible Qualifications About you • Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent with at least 5 years of related experience preferably in the air cargo / air freight industry • Supply Chain / Logistics background • Strong customer service and interpersonal business skills • Experience in cargo sales and reservation processes • Knowledge in cargo compliance and policies • Knowledge of local market behavior • Strong business communication • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
