- Develop and manage excellent standardized project management processes and procedures and ensure MRO Project Managers are executing projects accordingly
- Determine operational requirements for repair and maintenance of vessels
- Document maintenance schedules working closely with authorities and clients
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, including staff performance appraisal
- Segregate work between actors; outsourced providers and clients
- Preserve Maintenance Management Systems and liaise with clients
