NWII.III is looking for a Furniture Designer particularly one aiming to align with the vision and objectives of NWII.III should possess a unique blend of skills and attributes to contribute effectively to the companys ethos of blending cultural richness with modern aesthetics. Drawing from the strategic development and historical knowledge of NWII.III here are key skills we are looking for in a furniture designer:

Artistic Sensibility and Creativity: The ability to conceptualize and create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional incorporating elements of the Golden Ratio and Arabian heritage into modern designs.

Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of different materials production processes and engineering principles. This is crucial for creating durable and sustainable furniture that meets quality standards.

Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of different cultures especially Arabian heritage to infuse cultural elements into designs without compromising on modernity and global appeal.

3D Modeling and Visualization Skills: Proficiency in using design software (like AutoCAD SketchUp ) for creating precise and detailed representations of furniture designs.

ProblemSolving and Innovation: Ability to address design challenges creatively ensuring that each piece of furniture is not just a visual masterpiece but also functionally innovative.

Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in design ensuring every aspect from proportion to the finishing touches aligns with the high standards of NWII.III.

Sustainability Awareness: Knowledge of ecofriendly materials and sustainable design practices aligning with global trends and environmental responsibilities.

Collaboration and Communication Skills: Effective teamwork and communication abilities to work cohesively with other departments such as marketing manufacturing and quality control.

Project Management Skills: The capability to manage projects from concept to completion adhering to timelines and budget constraints and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Market and Trend Awareness: Staying informed about current trends in interior design furniture fabrics and international trends and brands as well as understanding customer preferences and market demands.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Being open to feedback and able to adapt designs to meet changing requirements or challenges during the production process.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Furniture Design Industrial Design Interior Designer a related field.

Proven experience in furniture design with a portfolio showcasing creativity technical skill and cultural awareness.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp ).

Strong understanding of materials production processes and engineering principles.

Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills.

Keen eye for detail and a passion for design innovation.

Flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback or production constraints.

Awareness of global design trends and customer preferences

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: 2262..58 per month
