- Coordinate to receive Bill of Entry (BOE), Certificate of Origin (COO), Packing List, invoices, and attend to customs inspections whenever required.
- Attend to inquiries related to commercial and personal effects shipments, and ensure customers’ needs are recognized and met.
- Coordinate with 3PLs, airlines/shipping lines, and Freight Forwarding agents to get the best rates.
- Handle all customers and service providers’ related communication.
- Provide competitive freight quotes to clients.
