Responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap
  

• Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements
  

• Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance
  

• Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
  

• Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
  

• Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs
  

• Coordinate communications and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog
  

• Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope
  

• Document, review and accept completed user stories using Jira
  

• Requires the candidate to be able to seamlessly, precisely, and unambiguously communicate with technical teams, project managers as well as senior business leadership - written and
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 10+ years experience in business analysis/product management with proven track record in delivering a product vision and strategy
  

• Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies, including Agile Scrum, Kanban
  

• Proven track record supporting or leading large, complex features or products with multiple partners
  

• Hands-on experience with business process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  

• Strong healthcare industry domain knowledge around healthcare and pharmaceutical research, market research, ;
  

• Bachelor s Degree in related field
