- Drive financial planning cycle for AOP, Strategic Deep Dive, Quarterly forecasts and rolling forecasts. . Consolidating AOP, MBR and all review decks with sector . Custodian of all BU financial reviews; . Ensure adequate performance tacking decks are developed and keep those updated for changes as per BU management and analytical requirements . Lead the end to end NOPBT Flash and Rolling forecasts processes from planning side . Consolidate and submit volume flash and forecasts to the sector along with commentary . Coordinate inputs for and Prepare Monthly BU GM letter to Sector CEO . Prepare and present Country wise P&L for AOP, Qtr and Rolling forecasts to BU CFO . Maintain authentic BU P&L databases with the right breakdown by market . Partner with key stakeholders on DAPLR governance and sustainability for the BU . Partner with control on Month Close, Adhoc deliverables and insights into the numbers . Ensure financial plan are build up line with targets communicated by Sector. . Ensure adequate financial models are available to roll up the inputs from SC planning and commercial planning into the P&L for BU management review and analysis before reporting to sector. . Manage GBS FP&A workstream by aligning processes, tracking performance and driving improvements in collaboration with GBS tower leads, . Provide quality write-ups for MBR decks and performance summaries to be shared with Sector CEO and Sector CFO . Ensure governance over deliverables as per Sector FP&A calendar so that timely and qualitative submissions. . Govern the Planning systems structure from BU side and impart training to Planning teams (Cockpit, HFM, BPL etc) . Ensure BU management alignment is secured before reporting of financials to sector . Lead build up G&A planning in FP&A function. . Train the resources to manage the FP&A processes through developed models and tools. . Connect with CFO for requirements to develop new reports, templates to support business decision making
