- Operational Leadership: Assume full responsibility for the comprehensive management and operation of all food and beverage outlets, encompassing restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquet facilities.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans designed to optimise revenue, elevate guest satisfaction, and attain financial targets within the food and beverage department.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a dedicated team of F&B professionals, cultivating a culture centred on exceptional service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Executive Chef: Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to conceptualise innovative menus, dining experiences, and culinary concepts that align with the resort's culinary vision.
