- Monitor exercisingcustomers and provide fitness assessment and feedback.
- Offer personal training and fitness education accordingto customer’s health needs.
- Providepersonal training and prescribe workout programs forcustomers.
- Develop workout programs and healthpromotion programs according to company standards and safe industrypractices.
- Assist customers in safe exercisingand proper body alignment.
- Address customercomplaints and questions promptly and professionally.
- Refer customers to in-house fitness professionalsincluding Spa Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and HealthProfessionals when needed.
- Provide excellentcustomer services according to company standards.
- Report any safety hazards and unsafe practices tomanagement promptly.
- Maintain fitness centerclean, safe and organized.
- Ensure that fitnessequipment and tools are maintained in safe and good workingconditions.
- Instruct correct fitness methodsand lifting techniques to minimize the chances ofinjury.
- Conduct fitness classes to meet thephysical abilities and interest of customers.
- Adhere to operating procedures and regulations of fitnessfacility.
- Report to management in need offitness equipment maintenance and repair works.
- Motivate customers to continue exercises and help makehealthy choices.
