Financial Reporting Accountant

Real estate development company and private equity fund in (Downtown) Miami, FL, looking for a tax savvy Financial Reporting Accountant to oversee all tax compliance and external reporting matters for corporate entities with multiple deal structures. This role is expected to fully engage in full-cycle accounting processes to gain an understanding and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records for the preparation of tax returns. This role is also expected to maintain professional relationships with independent accountants and stakeholders and serve as liaison with management. Other responsibilities include assistance with financial reporting and Ad Hoc reports, as needed.

Qualifications
