Financial Analyst

1. Lead the development and execution of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.2. Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives, evaluating potential investments, and assessing the financial impact of business decisions.3. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting key business decisions and initiatives.4. Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.5. Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.6. Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, summarizing complex information in a clear and concise manner.7. Drive process improvements within the finance department, optimizing efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.8. Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.9. Stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization s financial strategies remain competitive and compliant.10. Mentor and guide junior financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Requirements• Real Estate background is preferable• Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst 5-7 years• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages• Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments• BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
