FINANCE MANAGER LEASING - Common KSA

Role Objective:
The key responsibility of the job holder is to aid the Retail expansion in line with business growth plans by identifying and acquiring new properties at national/ regional level negotiate and renew leases and ensure compliance on all related processes.

Key responsibilities:
Support head of leasing in scouting for local properties / establishments and perform due diligence of prospective sites for retail space and store set up.

Liaise with the Legal department to work out the legal aspects of the agreement seeking clarifications on legal / financial / other commercial terms

Source technical drawings / MEP details to finalize layouts with the Mall management / property developers

Regular meetings with stakeholders like management team/concept heads/LLs on the way forward

Support the team in preparing feasibilities for new stores

Support the head of leasing for negotiating rents / leases and commercial terms with mall / retail site owners / proprietors on behalf of the Group within the prescribed financial guidelines.

Finalize rent / lease agreements clauses with the internal and external legal department and the property developers

Mitigate risks of cost increase of the rental properties
Candidate should be qualified CA with relevant experience in similar field and capacity.

Preferably with GCC experience.
