Job Description

- Reconcile customer accounts;
- Receipt daily cash with subsequent sales orders;
- Reconcile daily sales with sales handover;
- Account daily sales with the sales in the system;
- Prepare customer invoices & credit notes;
- Handle month-end sales reconciliation between the Ticketing Software and Finance Software (Dynamics 365);
- Report Sales by various business streams and retail products for the MIS;
- Reporting Sales Person Revenue of Retail Sales and Merchandise;
- Reporting Flash Revenue report to Management;
- Responsible for petty cash and other payable expenses;
- Responsible for reconciling petty cash on a daily basis;
- Responsible for stock count and control;
- Cross – Check bank entries between the bank statement and the general Ledger;
