Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze food and beverage costs to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Collaborate with purchasing and culinary teams to optimize procurement processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Prepare reports and presentations on cost analysis and budget performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B cost control.

Requirements:

Applicants without related F&B experience in Bahrain will not be considered.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the Food & Beverage industry in Bahrain.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency with F&B inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
