Qualifications and Experiences:

.

A PhD or an equivalent degree (board certificate + fellowship) from a recognized institution.

.

Previous teaching experience, preferably at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

.

Strong research background with a track record of scholarly contributions in the field of specialization.

.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in the field of specialization.

.

Preferably, having a qualification in medical education.

Job Responsibilities:

.

Teaching, mentorship, and guidance of undergraduate (and postgraduate if needed) learners in their academic and professional development.

.

Facilitating small group learning sessions (e.g., problem-based learning, bed-side teaching, etc.).

.

Participating in student assessment activities.

.

Conducting discipline-specific research.

.

Serving as an advisor or supervisor for learners’ research projects, dissertations, or other scholarly activities.

.

Participating in departmental and institutional committees.

.

Collaborating with colleagues on educational quality improvement projects and accreditation processes.

.

Engaging in service activities that contribute to the department, institution, and the broader community.
