- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to the client through a variety of channels including email, phone calls and meetings.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key business partners (eg: marketing, sales, finance) as well as in-house contacts; assist customers by providing information on their products or services that may be relevant for them at all times while maintaining an open communication channel between both internal and external parties/clients.
