- Prior experience in pet relocation and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for pet travel
- Excellent organizational and planning skills for complex logistics
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, airlines, customs, and quarantine agencies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities while ensuring attention to detail
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
