- Serve as the primary point of contact between the managing director, senior executives, internal departments, and external partners.
- Oversee the progress of major company initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely completion.
- Lead special projects as delegated by the managing director, collaborating with diverse teams for successful outcomes.
- Undertake research and analysis to aid decision-making, development of strategic plans, and recommend new or revised policies and strategies.
- Assist the executive team members in determining and prioritizing business strategies based on their schedules.
