Job Summary
As the Personal Assistant/Executive Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive management team at Gulf Hotels Group. Your responsibilities will include organizing, composing, and distributing correspondence to employees and clients, responding to inquiries, and tracking problem-resolution information.
Education/Technical/Specialist/Job Related Qualifications:

3-year degree from an accredited university in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related major.
.
Minimum 2 years of experience in office management for a company headquarters, supporting senior management executives.

Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following soft skills:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Exhibits excellent judgment and always upholds strict confidentiality.
